All agents are specifically trained in cruise products
Thomas Cook has launched 11 new “cruise concept stores” in the UK, marking what it calls the next phase in its “retail transformation”. There is cruise merchandising throughout the stores and all agents are specifically trained in cruise products.
The company said team members had undergone “robust training to ensure expert cruise advice”. It added that the “look and feel of the stores had been refreshed, inspired by the ships”.
However, five of the stores are partnered with Carnival, including brands such as Cunard, Princess Cruises and P&O Cruises. The other six stores have teamed up with Royal Caribbean.
“The cruise concept stores further illustrate the company’s commitment to the high street, aiming to offer a specially tailored and personalised service to our many cruise customers,” retail director Joanna Wild said.
