The CONVENE community is talking, and we are excited about what’s being said. The results of the survey we conducted at this year’s edition of CONVENE are in, and the feedback has reinforced our event’s position among the industry’s top annual B2B events.
In addition to ensuring that CONVENE meets the expectations of Exhibitors and Hosted Buyers, our survey helps us track our growth and provides us with insight we use to improve the event each year.
With Exhibitor registration for CONVENE 2017 now open, here are some statistics to consider when deciding to take advantage of our early bird rates.
94% of CONVENE 2016 Exhibitors surveyed would indeed recommend the event to other potential Exhibitors, with 62% of them receiving direct business requests during the event. Furthermore, 88% of Hosted Buyers maintained that the show succeeded in meeting their business expectations. Finally, the key ratio of buyers per exhibiting organisation was more than 2:1, well above all of the larger shows.
Reflecting on the data drawn from the survey, Jolanta Beniulien?, Director of CONVENE and the Vilnius Convention Bureau, stated, “Naturally, we are thrilled with this feedback and what it means for future editions of our event. The Vilnius meetings industry supply chain collaborated to present a world-class event that showcased what our city, country and the Baltic Sea Region have to offer.”
Organised by the Vilnius Convention Bureau, CONVENE is the premier event for the Baltic Sea Region meetings industry, taking place on 8 – 9 February 2017 at the Litexpo Exhibition and Congress Centre in Vilnius, Lithuania. Exhibitor registration is already open at www.convene.lt, with registration for Hosted Buyers and Visitors to be open as of 1 September 2016. Over 170 Hosted Buyers are expected to attend the event, with an estimated 3750 pre-scheduled business appointments to be conducted.
