MONTREAL, Canada – Star Alliance has opened a brand new lounge facility in Sao Paulo’s Guarulhos (GRU) International Airport’s Terminal 3. They have once again selected IEG’s Access Information Management System (AIMS) for the passenger identification solution and business rules enforcement application of this lounge.
With the addition of a new Star Alliance Lounge at Sao Paulo, Star Alliance now boasts 6 branded lounges worldwide, all of which are customer managed with AIMS which provide a comprehensive platform solution addressing for Customer Experience and Customer Insight.
