SAS reveals another once-a-week route

Airline announces flights between Helsinki and Malaga
SAS has revealed another new route to launch in the next winter season, this time between Helsinki and Malaga. It will be year-round, to start in November.
As with the Stockholm-Eilat route announced at the end of last week, Helsinki-Malaga will be operated weekly on Saturdays. It will mean that SAS is now offering ten departures to the gateway to the Costa del Sol – from Sweden, Norway, Denmark and now also Finland.
SAS describes the route as “an answer to the leisure travellers’ demand on popular destinations” and will be served with an Airbus A320 and B737-800.
“Malaga is a popular destination amongst many of our Finnish travellers and we are happy to launch a new direct year round route there,” says Anders Wahlström, the airline’s head of sales for Sweden and Finland. “This route will be a great addition to our many flights from Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo to other popular destinations in Scandinavia, Europe, the US and Asia.”
