SAS opens lounge in railway station

Second SAS City Lounge opens in central Stockholm
SAS says it is reaching out to its frequent fliers with a second SAS City Lounge at Stockholm Central Station. Its first City Lounge opened in late 2016 at Stureplan in Stockholm.
“In a creative environment with inspiring design, open spaces and a relaxed environment”, the space is a “central workplace and meeting point” for the airline’s upper-level loyalty card members with wi-fi, coffee, tea and concierge service, SAS says.
EuroBonus Gold and Diamond members, along with a guest, can use the lounge a day before and a day after their trip and also at other times for a fee. The opening hours of the SAS City Lounge at Stockholm Central Station are 09:00-17:00 on weekdays.
“We know how important time is for our travellers and are constantly working to enhance our offering to those who travel frequently with us at SAS,” explains Stephanie Smitt Lindberg, SAS product and development manager.
“With inspiration from other member clubs and new customer insights into demand for temporary offices around the world we are now opening the second SAS City Lounge. We look forward to welcoming our customers whether it be for a meeting, to work effectively, or simply relax in a comfortable environment in central Stockholm.”
