Passengers can pre-reserve seats on routes to Europe
SAS now offers its customers with “SAS Go” tickets to European destinations the opportunity to choose their seat when they book their flight.
As one of several new products and services now being launched, passengers can pre-reserve seats on routes between Scandinavia and Europe. This option had previously only been available on long-haul routes.
Travellers booking a SAS Go ticket can pay a fee to reserve a seat at the same time. This means, for instance, that they can reserve a preferred choice of aisle or window or, if travelling as a party, to book seats together. SAS Go ticket holders can pre-book their seat for €12 or US$15 per flight.
As previously, everyone flying with SAS, whatever class of ticket, will still be able to choose their seat at no charge when checking in up to 22 hours before departure. EuroBonus Gold and Diamond Cardholders and SAS Plus ticket holders always have advance seat reservation included with their ticket.
