SAS increases between Arlanda and Vilnius

SAS: “Our new service to Vilnius has been a success”

SAS is increasing its number of flights between Stockholm Arlanda and Vilnius, capital of Lithuania, from August 19.
The airline began the new route across the Baltic Sea between the two capitals on April 1 with departures on most days. In August, SAS will add an additional frequency between the two destinations every day except Sundays. The new flight will depart Arlanda at 08.35 with a return from Vilnius at 11.45 and is a complement to the existing afternoon flight.
“Our new service between Arlanda and Vilnius has been a success,” Joakim Landholm, SAS’s chief commercial officer, said. “Our customers have requested a morning departure so we are delighted to be able to meet their needs by adding one more flight. This means that SAS will fly 12 round trips between the airport and Vilnius each week.”
SAS also flies up to three return trips daily to Vilnius from Copenhagen.
