With SAS’ new direct route to San Francisco, California’s lifestyle capital is even closer. San Francisco means a bohemian lifestyle, steep streets, farmer markets, Victorian houses, and of course the Golden Gate Bridge, but there are many ways to experience the city and if you are looking for a unique take on the authentic San Francisco, then let Kimpton Hotels show the way.

Hotel Monaco Reintroduced
Kimpton’s San Francisco flagship hotel, the Hotel Monaco, has reopened after an extensive three-month renovation bringing it back to the original feel of bohemian artists, dramatic architecture, and world travel.

The Monaco’s lobby and rooms offer a formal elegance that combines classic décor with modern flair. Large fireplaces and curved stair cases are reminiscent of the grand entry of a historic manor while artistically inspired guestrooms capture the imagination of an artist. The rooms are intimate and personal, and a sophisticated collection of décor selected with the discerning taste of an international traveler in mind.

The Hotel Monaco has been kept in line with the original character of the historic building, the eccentric city, and the unique boutique hospitality of Kimpton Hotels.
