Pay an airline to feel like a celebrity

Now anyone can cut through lines at airports

Airlines are improving the airport experience for higher-paying passengers, Associated Press writes. Now anyone can cut through the lines at airports like a celebrity. Airlines are increasingly giving fast-track access to anyone with the right credit card or who can pay a little extra – easing the misery of airports.
At American Airlines, for example, special agents meet these “VIPs” and privately escort them to a private check-in lobby to the front of the security line to boarding.
“Delta’s new Sky Club in New York includes a hidden lounge-within-a-lounge with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline”, AP writes. In Atlanta, Delta transfer passengers are driven from one plane to another in a Porsche. On board, last-second boarding goes ahead smoothly – with reserved overhead bin space.
