Pack your suitcase…but first let me take a selfie!


Imagine the stories your suitcase could tell – packed, unpacked, overhead storage, cargo, security check, lost and found in a new destination.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott® and The Container Store® launched a selfie-worthy contest to find the most interesting suitcase tale.

May 4 through June 21, select TownePlace Suites and The Container Store locations will host selfie stations ready to snap pictures of travelers and their suitcases. Dress-up, be creative and submit your answer to the age old question “if my suitcase could talk, where would it take me and why.” After the selfie is snapped, participants are ready to submit their entries through www.SelfieWithASuitcase.com.

The suitcase that pours its heart out will win a Grand Prize, 4-night getaway at a TownePlace Suites of their choice (value $1,000) and $500 in The Container Store travel essentials. The Grand Prize winner will be evaluated on originality, photo quality and caption creativity. There will also be weekly and voter prizing at random.
