Bjørn Kjos writes autobiography to counter biography
The man who made Norwegian into one of Europe’s biggest low-cost airlines has written an autobiography, revealing what he says are the true details about the company’s success.
Bjørn Kjos says that a biography published about him last year, “Hoyt Spill” (High Stakes), contained many falsehoods. The books alleged that Kjos had a violent temper, occasionally smashed chairs against office walls. Kjos says this was “nonsense”.
“There are things he just invented, and the most interesting stuff he knows nothing about,” Kjos told the newspaper DN.
The autobiography is scheduled to be published this autumn.
