A sprawling MICE exhibition, seminar sessions, networking and 32 business appointments guaranteed per exhibitor are promised at the forthcoming IT&CM China event timed for April 11 to 15. IT&CM China 2011 is joining other leading events this year, such as SMTA’s China (Shanghai) International Meetings & Conferences Forum, the Global Business Travel Association’s Corporate Travel Expert Certification Course, the ICCA’s Association Database Workshop, IMEX-MPI–IT&CM China’s Future Leaders Forum and the TTG China Travel Awards, in what is pledged to be a MICE extravaganza.
Exhibitors are entitled to 32 appointments per 9sqm (corporate) or 6sqm (NTO/CVB) space booked, while each buyer is awarded with 32 appointment sessions. This translates to at least 32 new sales leads for each exhibiting company or buyer.
A diverse showcase of seminar sessions will feature the best of international and Chinese MICE brands, sought after both by buyers from around the world and across China. Topics cover practical MICE and general business topics that delegates can apply to the workplace. All delegates are invited to official events such as the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Dinner where they will be treated to Chinese hospitality and be able to connect with the industry in a casual setting. There will also be pre-show and post-show tours.
