Low-cost carrier Ryanair tops a list of airlines with the most complaints from Swedish passengers. Out of 127 complaints deemed valid or partly valid that were lodged at the National Board for Consumer Disputes since January 2011, Ryanair got 75 of them, the newspaper Aftonbladet writes. These were mostly as a result of lost baggage and axed flights.
Norwegian placed second in the list with 66 complaints, followed by Lufthansa (65) and SAS (46). SAS had the most complaints lodged against them by Swedes – 174 in total – but only 46 of these resulted in findings of fault, or 26% of the total, compared with 59% for Ryaniar.
