A loyalty program that Scandinavian Airlines is aiming at small and medium-sized enterprises today announced that it had added its first non-airline partner. The agreement between SAS Credits and the Carlson Rezidor Group has been signed in Stockholm by Rickard Gustafson, president and CEO of SAS, and Kurt Ritter, president and CEO of Rezidor.
Since its launch in 2009, SAS Credits has attracted 28,000 SMEs that earn credits on flights, on top of EuroBonus points for the traveller. These enterprises will now also be able to earn credits if they stay at Radisson Blu or Park Inn by Radisson hotels in Europe and the Middle East. SAS says that the new partnership aims at lowering travel costs for smaller companies.
