Passengers could watch building progress at airport
Lego-building company Bright Bricks has made a model of a Flybe aircraft at Southampton Airport in the UK. The model of a Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 turboprop aircraft used exactly 18,572 bricks and took more than 60 man-hours to build.
The model was made inside the airport so passengers could watch the progress as they arrived and departed. The Bright Bricks team kept the airline’s recognisable purple colour, which is hardly common in Lego.
Bright Bricks is a professional Lego-building company that comes up with “the world’s most inventive design companies, creating unique models, mosaics and events from LEGO bricks.”
