KLM to take delivery of two more 777s


New planes to raise fleet of 777-300ERs to 10

KLM has confirmed that it will take delivery of two Boeing 777-300ERs in spring 2015, one from Boeing and another from Air Lease. The aircraft will increase its total fleet of 777-300ERs to 10.
The Air Lease aircraft, a new 777, will be delivered in March 2015 and will remain in the fleet KLM on long-term lease. The aircraft ordered direct with Boeing will arrive in April of that year.
The airline has also extended lease contracts on three 737-800s and one 777-200ER which are already in its fleet.
