Estonian Air and Enterprise Estonia (EAS) are organising a joint campaign for the five neighbouring markets from 10-23 September. The objective of the campaign is to increase the number of tourists who visit Estonia and to showcase Estonia as a tourist destination.
Marketing Director of the Estonian Tourist Board at Enterprise Estonia Tarmo Mutso says that this is the biggest campaign to promote the nature tourism products of Estonia. The focus is on nature holiday options and the ten most interesting places in Estonia will be highlighted. Those who are interested in these options are directed to the Travel Planner, where they can put together an itinerary that suits them best.
“Estonia has a lot to offer tourists in autumn,” said Mutso. “The amazingly colourful bogs, bird watching and migration, bear watching in the Alutaguse forests and kayaking between the islets of Hiiumaa are all unique experiences.”
“We are highly dependent on how well Estonia is known abroad and this is why such joint marketing with Enterprise Estonia is extremely important,” said Rauno Parras, Chief Commercial Officer at Estonian Air. “Cooperation projects like this help us increase people’s awareness of Estonia as a travel destination, which in its turn allows us to offer better flight connections,” added Parras.
The return flight starts from 89 € including all fees and taxes. Further information about prices and the campaign is available here and here.
The travel period of the campaign lasts from 1 November 2012 to 30 March 2013. Those who sign up to the newsletters of VisitEstonia and Estonian Air about new sights and offers will be entered in a prize draw where five of them will win return flight tickets for two.
You can also receive further information and book flights at www.estonian-air.com, from Estonian Air Customer Service on +372 640 1162 and travel agencies.
The campaign is aimed at tourists planning a holiday with their friends or families. They will receive special offers on flights and be presented with ideas on how to spend their holidays. Another goal is to increase visits to the website www.visitestonia.com and sales of services via www.estonian-air.com.
Estonian Air offers direct flights to 23 destinations. The goal of the airline is to offer fast and convenient flight connections between Tallinn, key business destinations in Europe and cities in neighbouring regions.
