Hitit continues to grow in the first quarter of 2017: Enhanced solutions and new customers on three continents


Hitit Computer Services reports continuing growth both in the amount of customer and new solutions for the airline IT market in the first quarter of 2017.

Today, over 70.000 travel agencies use Hitit’s distribution system and more than 50 billion flight queries are processed each year. New members like Air Tanzania, Rayyan Air (Pakistan) and Global GSRM (Germany) joined the Crane user community of Hitit family. In 2016 Hitit’s reservation systems produced more than 55 million passenger bookings with full GDS integration in all leading distribution systems.

Hitit has continued its business growth in the first quarter of 2017 and strengthens its position in the global aviation market by adding new travel leaders to its community. With Air Tanzania, Rayyan Air from Pakistan and the European ground handler Global GSRM; Hitit has welcomed new customers in the first quarter. “We value our user community. Recently we have welcomed new customers from Africa, Asia and Europe and very excited about these new partnerships”, said Nur Gokman, Chief Executive Officer of Hitit.

“We had a very good start of 2017. Airline customers using our passenger reservation platform Crane Pax saw a growth rate of 25 percent on average each year”, said Mrs. Gökman. Furthermore, Hitit achieved noteworthy in development of new solutions which will fill a gap in reporting tools in the market. “We will announce the details and specifications about our new products in the near future”, explained Nur Gokman.
