Writer, journalist, literary critic, and French food critic Gilles Pudlowski has more than one string to his bow. Coming to the island of La Reunion, the traveler of taste will have the opportunity to savor Creole dishes.
Gilles Pudlowski is primarily a consumer of good taste. Journalist for Le Point, he also writes for Version Femina and Cuisines and Wines of France. He is particularly known for his work as a food critic for over 30 years.
Invited by the IRT (Reunion Island Tourism), Gilles Pudlowski will be in Reunion Island from February 25-28. During his stay, he will have the opportunity to discover food delights from a Reunion kitchen – a rich gastronomic mix of European influences, with a touch of China, India, and Madagascar.
