London Southend links to France, Germany, Netherlands

Flybe, Europe’s largest regional airline, has launched three of its six new European routes from London Southend Airport, operated by franchise partner Stobart Air.

Passengers are now departing and returning on new flights to Rennes in France, Münster Osnabrück in Germany and Groningen in the Netherlands. Flybe services to Antwerp, Caen Normandy and Maastricht also come into operation in the coming weeks.

The Flybe-branded routes are operated by Stobart Air as part of a franchise deal between the two airlines. Stobart targets 200,000 passengers on its six new London Southend services in the first full year of operations, rising to 700,000 passengers within three years.
