Famous Nordic restaurant takes to skies

Guests to be taken on culinary journeys around the world
If you’d already given up on making a reservation at the world-renowned Copenhagen restaurant Noma, now you can get a chance to experience its magic up in the air. If you have the money.
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced the 2017 itinerary for its Four Seasons Private Jet, which has teamed up with Noma’s chef and co-owner René Redzepi.
In the first initiative of its kind, Culinary Discoveries will take passengers on journeys to some of the most iconic food destinations in the world, reported to be from Copenhagen to Chaing Mai and everywhere in between.
By teaming up with local restaurants, chefs and producers, the tours – due to start next March – will let guests experience how different cities contribute to the world’s culinary landscape. Naturally, the guests will be staying at Four Seasons resorts.
