Influenced by the many cultures that have occupied this capital city, Hanoi’s cuisine perfectly embraces them all in inimitable fashion. And recognized as Vietnam’s national dish, ‘Pho’ is an invigorating noodle elixir that owes its popular fascination to the fresh herbs and spiced broth. This master class will teach you how to perfect the textures and distinguish the different sides of Pho.
Cooking class admission is VND 627,000 per person.
