In cooperation with Fortum, Finavia (the Finnish Airport Operator) will introduce 15 recharge units for electronic devices at the departure gates at the airport. Each unit has several sockets for recharging.
"Travel has changed extensively in recent years. Currently, both holiday and business travellers carry several different electronic devices with them, which are used at the airport and during flights. Fortum wants to contribute to making the daily lives of passengers easier by providing them with the opportunity to recharge their electronic devices at the departure gates," says Aki Koskinen, Communication and Marketing Director of Fortum.
The recharging units are located at departure gates 11, 18–19, 20, 21, 25, 27, 31, 32A, 32, 33, 37 and 38.
