For the fourth year running, Air France has won the TTG Best European Airline Award at the TTG China Travel Awards 2014 ceremony.
This award notably recognizes the Company’s efforts in terms of service, its multiple frequencies between China and Europe and its commercial offer.
The TTG China Travel Awards are one of the most prestigious travel award platforms, celebrating the best of China’s travel and tourism industry. The Travel Awards are based on votes received from readers of all TTG publications. The airlines must meet the following criteria- provide the best service, network and schedules; be the most agent-friendly in terms of reservations, confirmations and commission payments, and have the most professional sales and marketing team in terms of innovative ideas, incentive programs and services.
The Group is currently European leader in terms of the number of passengers carried between China and Europe. Air France and KLM operate 88 weekly flights linking their hubs at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam-Schiphol to 9 destinations in Greater China – Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Taipei and Wuhan.
Starting from 27 May 2014, Air France will serve Hong Kong by Airbus A380, the second destination in China to be served by the super jumbo after Shanghai.
