Airline’s intention is to build Europe-Asia air bridge

Aeroflot is continuing its expansion from Sweden to build an air bridge between Europe and Asia, through what it calls the best route to Asia.

From April 1, the Russian flag carrier and Royssia, a partner airline based in St Petersburg, will provide non-stop daily flights to and from Stockholm Arlanda via St Petersburg’s Pulkovo Airport, Aeroflot’s second hub. An Airbus A319 will be used for the flights, which will depart Arlanda at 09:30 and return departing Pulkovo at 09:00.

According to the airline, there will be excellent onward connections from the newly opened and ultra-modern Terminal 1 at Pulkovo.
