Customer comfort, the network, entertainment and service at the heart of the new Air France advertising campaign.

A few days ago, Air France launched its new advertising campaign. Published in the press and on billboards, the campaign illustrates the customer in a situation of well-being by depicting a moment of comfort suspended in the air.

It declines, in four visuals, the key customer benefits of Air France services: the network, service, comfort and entertainment. Designed by the agency BETC-Euro RSCG, the campaign aims to reflect the art of French living and illustrates the Air France signature since 1999, “Making the sky the best place on earth.”

This campaign will be rolled out in October in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Russia, Brazil, the United States, Spain, Italy and Switzerland. In France, it will be visible on billboards near airports. It is in addition to the “l’Envol” commercial and the visuals presenting Air France fares and destinations. Published in the press and on billboards, the campaign illustrates the customer in a situation of well-being by depicting a moment of comfort suspended in the air.
