Norwegian wins for both domestic and international flights

Norwegian has been voted the best airline for both domestic and international flights in Sweden, according to a recent survey by research firm Svenskt. It is the first time Norwegian takes the title of best domestic airline, scored 71.7 points out of 100 possible, followed by Sverigeflyg with 71.2 points and SAS with 65 points. Among international airlines, Norwegian scored 71.9 points followed by SAS with 68 and Ryanair with 52.5.
To complete the survey, Svenskt made 2500 telephone interviews between September 27 and November 13. Respondents were asked to mark the companies in several categories on a scale of 0-100. Its “quality index” surveys of customer satisfaction have been conducted since 1998.
Svenskt commented: “Norwegian has recently increased dramatically. Customers are satisfied with domestic flights as much as foreign travel, and Norwegian scores highest in polls. Customers think you get much more value for money than at SAS and Ryanair.”
